Katrina and Bush: No surprises in Bush's lack of response
With empathy and hopes for relief and help for the victims of Katrina.

White Plains, NY Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me many times, what is MY Problem?
As Americans, for any of us to suggest surprise at the lack of appropriate response by Bush, What is OUR Problem?
There is nothing new in the Bush response to this natural disaster. There is nothing new in Bush not protecting us and in creating "disasters" of his own. He is very consistent. He will continue such actions, actions making "fools of you" and us, as long as the "us" let him.
When has Bush not acted in the "I'm going to fool you (America), and you're not going to do anything about it, ha-ha-ha" attitude?
When he continues to support and depend upon a "Corporate Controlled" media that protects his lies and an illegal war?
When, before Election 2000, he and Cheney became part of a group that does not support the US Constitution, a group that does not protect the civil rights of Americans and a group that does not respect the goals and needs of US citizens?
That "group" is the Project for the New American Century. Membership and support of this group and its un-American goals and ideals demonstrates who Bush and Cheney and this group really are: They are "Republican Terrorists".
When he failed to protect us, in spite of a $55 Billion US Air-space defense budget, from the tragic events of September 11, 2001?
When he blocked an investigation of Sept. 11 for 444 days?
When he refused to testify under oath at his own 9/11 "whitewash" Commission hearings?
When he passed the USA Un-Patriot Act (not a typo) and he, not bin Laden, took action to take away the civil rights of Americans?
When he lied about WMD to deceive Congress and the American people to launch an illegal terrorist attack on Iraq?
How many more "I fooled you, and you're not going to do anything about it, ha-ha-ha" do we need?
The negligence and lack of humanity shown by Bush in his poor reactions to Hurricane Katrina and towards its victims are not reasons for impeachment.
As another "I fooled you, ha-ha-ha", perhaps the preventable parts of this natural disaster will be the "straw that broke the camel's (Americans') back!
If history records: It took a hurricane to wake up Americans' to demand Congress take actions of Impeachment based upon a long list of impeachable offenses, so be it!
If it takes a hurricane to wake up Americans' to demand actions from Congress and no more "I made fools of you, Americans, ha-ha-ha", by Bush, so be it!
